Pulled Pork BBQ
3 tablespoons Paprika, Dry Rub
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon brownsugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons coarse sea salt
5 pounds pork shoulder
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar, BBQ Sauce
1 cup mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 gloves garlic, smashed
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Pan drippings from pork
Mix rub ingredients together in a bowl. Rub spices all over pork. Cover and refrigerate over night. Preheat oven 300 degrees. Roast 6-8 hours. You want the meat to fall apart. Shred pork and cover with BBQ sauce.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. When pork is done take out and add the sauce to drippings. Simmer until well blended.
